Daily Insight: Daydreamer

A wise man once said "pardon me
I'm a daydreamer I keep my head in the clouds, life's still beautiful I'm a believer to hell with the bullshit baby make me smile....cause life should be an afterparty and love should be a sweet champagne.." Now of course I wouldn't be me if that quote wasn't from one of my new favorite songs. Teedra is pretty much a genius in my humble opinion.

Why live your life dreaming about all the things you want to do when you can be living that dream?!? You don't like your job? Dreaming of a new one?? Well quit that bitch! You don't want to go after the guy or girl of your dreams for fear of being rejected huh? Forget that! Go up to them and say "to hell with the bullshit baby make me smile." You dream of being around people who will accept you for who you are don't you? Why are you conforming to others dreams and not making it your reality??

In my opinion life is too short to sit around dreaming about the life that you want and not going after it and making it a reality. After all after the show it is the afterparty right?
